This prominent development is situated on the Ipswich Wet Dock waterfront. The scheme comprises 113 apartments, luxury penthouses and waterfront restaurant.

We designed the scheme with an in-situ reinforced concrete frame using flat slab construction. The ten storey scheme includes ground and lower ground car parking using a specialist mechanical handling system.
