Steel framed two storey childcare centre was procured using the JCT Partnering Agreement. The benefits of partnering contributed to the development being completed on time and budget. Included in these benefits were close co-ordination of the structural frame and the building services from the outset which minimised the service zone in the ceiling and reduced the overall height of the structure.
